Corporation Repo status Ripoff

Omg! I cannot believe how many reports are listed on this company. I used to be a customer before, I traded in my car and refinanced my new used car again with Triad. I used to be a customer before they merged with roadloans. Since my refinance, I have fell behind on 3 payments. I received a call from a Maggie who advised that I was currently in Repo Status in their Repo department. She told me that I have to make at least the past 3 payments prior to my december bill to have me removed from repo status. After reading all of these complaints, I am not sure what to do and frankly am afraid of what will happen. I had to take out a personal loan to make these payments. Can someone please advise what I should do, I need my car to get to work and I work 2 1/2 hours from home.
