Ebay ID Jojovisalli sends faulty auto parts, not as shown in listing, will not correct, strings you along until you have no recourse Based In PA

I ordered a steering column in late July from Mr. Visalli for a 1978 Jeep CJ-5. The picture showed a nice rebuilt column with turn signal lever. It was supposed to come with 2 keys and key cylinder. The only payment accepted was money order/cashier's check. I sent it immediately after winning the auction and he received payment in 2 business days, which I can prove through delivery confirmation at USPS.

Two and a half weeks later I received the steering column. Was disappointed to find it had NO turn signal lever as shown in auction. We went ahead and installed it so we could drive the Jeep. The plug for wiring didn't fit. It was the right number but was much too big to fit the original on the Jeep (maybe it was a cheap plug). So we had to have it spliced. My father who is a retired mechanic and managed the largest transmission store in Amarillo oversaw this and helped us to install it correctly.

Once we got it in we drove off to test it out. It had no turn signal but seemed okay otherwise until we hit a bump and the key and key cylinder flew out of the steering column. The Jeep was still ON and running and we had no way to turn it off while we were trying to find the key / key cylinder. Obviously this is very dangerous. I let Mr. Visalli know what was wrong and he agreed to send the turn signal lever and new keys/key cylinder.

Four months and many e-mails later, I found out he was stringing me along until I had no recourse against him. I had paid for insurance and everything on the part and just needed him to replace the key and key cylinder. To get the jeep and the steering column I had sold all my saddles and tack and gotten rid of horses. I needed the Jeep very badly for personal and health reasons. We live out in the country and I really needed the vehicle.

Since I have no extra money left, nothing else I'm willing to sell, and my health is deteriorating, I have no choice but to drive the Jeep with the dangerous part and no turn signal.

Now I can't even leave negative feedback because time has run out through E-bay. Mr. Visalli kept answering my e-mails and telling me the parts were in the mail. As soon as the limit on time ran out he stopped answering. Now I realize he is a dishonest person who will not give you what you pay for.

If my husband or I are injured because of the faulty part, we will do anything and everything in our power to be recompensed in court.in the meantime because I can't leave feedback on E-bay to warn others I am filing complaints anywhere else I can think of.
