I recently got a rebuilt transmission job from Cottsman Transmission that turned out to be a $2,400.00 dollar ripoff job. The first time I went there I got great service so I guess that was the bait for me to come back which I did. The guy charges me all this money for a rebuilt transmission for a 2002 Dodge Ram Van 3500. I get half way down the road and I get this shuddering/vibration every few hundred feet. I call the guy and he says this is normal, it will go away after a while. I am thinking this isn't normal, sounds like I may be doing more harm then good. I call him again and he says to bring it in. I hope I haven't done more harm and if so I have a recording of what they said to me so I can sue the hell out of them...
