Phil Long Hundai
Poor experience!

Hello. I'd prefer to post a criticism about Phil Extended Hundai-Motor City (PLH) in Colorado Springs, CO.

I purchsed a 2006 Hyundai Elantra from PLH on 9-23-06. I had been guaranteed the next:

-total depth of automobile

-total fix of windshield stone processor (did send anyone to repair window, however it wasn't completed properly and causes stunning light sometimes) -group of automobile secrets because they just had a valet key to provide me -pollutants paperwork -odometer paperwork on vehicle that I exchanged in and on new Elantra

Up to now, none of the above mentioned hasbeen looked after. I've documented the problems above (without the automobile depth) towards the Colorado Department of Income Auto-Industry Division.By 10-13-06, PLH had obtained the criticism having a necessity through the Auto-Industry Division to correct the problem within 10 times.

Up to now, PLH has created no try to contact me or correct the problem.

More, PLH released financial paperwork in my experience declaring that I had been funded through JP Morgan Chase Bank. I've come to discover that I'm funded through Compass Bank. I think about this paperwork that is fake.
