Everyone That Works Their ripoff

We purchased a car from a used car lot; and Lobel Financial became our lender the car has been giving us trouble from the day we brought (Lemon); and it still doesn't work we've tried to get it fixed but we weren't able to pay for repairs; we tried to make arrangements because we can't fix the car and make the car payment we asked Lobel Financial for help and they told us it wasn't their problem but we better make sure we make our payments or they would report bad marks on our report told them the car hasn't ran sense we brought it. My family members and I have received all kinds threaten calls at all hours of the day and night one right after another to my job and my home; my family members have asked them not to call but they keep getting harassing and they won't stop they have people come to the door almost every day and they are told don't come here but they won't stop. I have asked them for the payoff on the car and they told me they can not give that to me because I am a few days late and the system won't allow them to give that information it seems as through they want you to be delinquent and continue to pay the interest on the account because that's how they make their money. They have even asked me about an address I haven't lived at for 3 years. They have called my co-works and disclosed personal information and told them it was an emergence so they would give them my personal information asked where do I park my call every day and what time do I get off work and what time do I get in? They have been talking to people I have spoken to in years and also called people that have the same last name as I do and asked them personal questions about me; how I know because someone at my job has the same last name as me and they were asking them all kinds of questions but they told them they could not disclose that information to them. If there is a class action law suite please count me in.
