Their customer support is terrible!

I arranged my car to become moved 3 months before. I pro-actively named the dispatcher to ensure he'd the instructions to choose up the automobile 2 times prior to the planned get. I had been subsequently informed which was not planned to get a get since he was supplied by Grass Valley Transportation using the incorrect telephone numbers and didn't try to obtain in touch with me.

Their customer support is terrible!!! Didn't create a lot of an attempt to try and guide and not apologized for that trouble me on another vehicle.

I'm still having difficulty obtaining my deposit back and want to reveal my tale with others.
