Unitrin Direct Auto Insurance repetitions must be dismissed!

My vehicle was totaled by a car. It required 8 times for that statements repetition to come back our telephone calls. About the 9th morning, I had been permitted a rental-car to get a week. The statements representative offered me a low ball number for my vehicle that was damaged. It's insufficient to buy something similar to my automobile. The statements representative lied to my spouse on many events, screamed at him, hung-up on him, declined to move him to some boss, informed him he might care less about our issues, and certainly will not include times to the rental-car till we are able to look for a vehicle to purchase. We've never been delivered a check to purchase another vehicle. We are stuck tomorrow with no car. This can be an organization that is horrible, the statements repetition must be dismissed, and also the company must be researched.
