Rip off criminal contract swapping practices

I went down there to purchase an 06 royalstar and was quoted a price of $12900 which was written on the bike in the showroom. We negotiated a price for a 4 year contract after $3000 down I would pay 250 a month for 4 yrs including the extended warranty for free. When the paper work arrived from the bank it said I was charged $21331.20 minus a 3000 deposit leaving a balance of $18331.20 and that I was financing $14729.75 with a finance charge of $3601.45 and the loan is now for 72 months instead of the 48 months we agreed on. Basically srewing me out of $6000.

I approached the people in charge (the men i made the deal with) Freddy Rollo (Finance manager) and Frank Monteforte (salesman) and they pretty much blew smoke up my... I think you can see where i am going with this.

I am Not gonna take this lying down. I WILL make thing right. I am contacting everyone possible to make sure they stop doing this to people. Even considering getting hold of anyone else ripped off by these criminals and filing criminal charges against them and filing for a class action lawsuit if there is anyone else who wants to make them pay for what they have done to me and everyone else.

They have very many other complaints filed against them with the better business beauru. I am also getting in touch with the media and possibly organizing a picket line in front of their place of business and having it televised by channels 5,7 and 12 news.
