Scam, dishonest, unresponsive, illegal, ripoff

In Jan I entered into contract with NAS to lease out my Jaguar X-Type. Mike Pham from NAS came to my house, I signed the contract and he took my car to the 'suitable owner'. This 'suitable owner', Gordon Pannell (who has a criminal record) had my car for one month and gave it to another user, Terry Lambert (who's defaulted on two mortgages). I never gave permission, written or oral for Gordon to give my car to Terry.

When I notified NAS a transfer was made and I didn't want Terry to have my car, I never received a phone call again. I did receive a couple emails from Mike's assistant, Victoria, saying NAS was going to repossess the car and have someone kick Terry's ass. At this point, I didn't know who I was dealing with, so I sent a third certified letter to NAS saying to get the car from Terry and make the payments.

I filed two complaints with the BBB. Their first response was lies and never mentioned a breach of contract, however the second said I did breach the contract when I allowed someone else to take the car besides Terry, which I never did. I was told by a person who referred me that NAS's lawyer's told Mike to not speak to me.

NAS won't respond to emails, voicemails, or certified letter, but they are still receiving monetary benefit from my car. I have a mark on my credit history from Terry making a late payment when NAS was contracted to make the payment if I gave notice of a late payment. It's interesting that when I signed the contract, the BBB gave them a rating of "BBB", after I told the BBB what NAS did, they now gave them a rating of "D".
