Ripoff

We have financed several autos throught Chrysler Financial in good standings. Our recent encounters have been horrible. We send our payments to their Milwaukee office then we start getting calls they have not received our payment. They tell us it takes 14 days to receive and process the payment.

I have sent payments to Reno Nevada and they have cleared in less than 7 business days. I have checked with the post office and they have told me it should not take more than 5 business days to get a check to Milwaukee.

I was told by one of Chrysler Financial operators that they only pick up payments on Monday. If your payment gets to their post office box on Tuesday they will not process it until the following Monday making your payment late even if you paid it on time. This practice is unlawful. I shouldn't have to pay a late fee when I sent my payment on time.

If Chrysler can not afford to have someone pick up their mail daily then they should change their post office box and have the mail delivered directly t their main office.
