Dodge dealer, ripoff fraudulent sale in car deal on undercoating

On 5/2206 I purchased a 2006 for taurus with 17000 miles from this dealer. The dealer fraudulently told me I have to buy a 4000$ undercoating in order for the bank to finance it.

I contacted the bank they told me they do not require that. I also contacted the consumer protection office in albany to see if I get the 4000$ refunded. I was giving a case number but nothing so far.

I also contacted the better business bureau but nothing. Today is the 8/11/06 and nothing is done yet. The dealer lied to me about the deal and charged me a outrageous price for a undercoating wich was never done. Now I try to get my 4000$ back somehow
