Ripoff dismissing me immediately no service bulletins on this cannot help Roswell

2001 Toyota Highlander purchased new, 85,000 transmission quits, no warning. Asked Toyota for service bulletin to take care of the problem. I was immediately dismissed "cannot help".

TRansmission repaired elsewhere, found 4 planetary gears that appear deffective, showing random chipping and breakage, apears to be a quality issue. I have again contacted Toyota of Roswell and the new CEO of Toyota of North America. To date no response, 2nd request sent... Waiting to see how they are going to handle this. I have planetary gears to testing by an expert.
If I am again dismissed I will involve expert and file i small claims court to recover total $2800.00.
Anyone else out there with transmission problems with 2001 Highlander??
