Where can I possibly begin with Triad Financial. They call when you're 1 day past due. I set up and auto pay from my savings account for the June 30 of they went into my account on June 23 and then REPO'D my car. I had to fight with them to get it back without paying all of the fees because they tried to take an unauthorized payment from my account. Now I have 2 payments left. Over the course of the loan, I have had some extensions which have extended the expiration date of my loan... Now I'm here at the end of the loan and they expect me to pay almost 7X what I actually owe. They have their agent calling me and making threats to have me thrown in JAIL!!! All I have asked them for is a copy of my ORIGINAL contract and a BREAK-DOWN of what all these alleged charges are... They are refusing to give either of them to me... Do not use triad financial... They are terrible... I got some legal advise and they told me not to do ANYTHING until the contract and the breakdown of charges can be throughly reviewed. If there is any kind of class action in progress for this company please let me know where to sign up!
