Ripoff

In May Dalmier chrysler called to inform us that we had not made any payments for the months of March and April of this year. I went to the bank and got the canceled checks and faxed them to them to prove that the payments had indead been made. We were told that if they couldnt find the payments that we would have to pay them again. We told them we were not going to pay again for somthing that had already been paid. The lady told me that the canceled checks were not faxed to her, but indead they had been, we had conformation that every thing had gone through.

Once again i called to check on this she was still saying they hadn't received anything. The payment was due on the 25th of june. And they came and picked up my car on the 29th of june. I will never buy another chrysler product ever again, and hope no one else is ripped off the way we were.
