BOUNCED A $52.000 CHECK TO ME FOR A FICTITIOUS PURCHASER FOR MY CAR deceptive ripoff company

I own a panoz sports car... I took it to luxury cars of palm beach florida to sell it on consignment for me... They told me they had a purchaser for the car. The sales man steve who sold the car told me he got "almost $60,000" for the car... When i got a copy of the purchase order that i requested it said the sale was for only $53,000... The purchase order and the customer never existed... The customer dan qualls, i did research, is not even a person in the area... Also his home address was listed and it is not even an existing street in palm beach county... When i got the check from the dealers bank. I told the owner darius, i would send him the title the day the check cleared... 3 days after i deposited the check it came back as nsf... It bounced... Darius the owner... Told me he needed the title before he could let the check go through. Since the name and the address of the bogus contract did not exist i was not comfortable giving him my title and car with no money. He could have kept them both and held up my taking reposession of my vehicle in court for months... Besides this it is fraud to write a check that does not have funds to cover it... Regardless of the circumstances... I have since taken my car from this dealer and will proceed to proscecute them for a fraudulent check. Thanx, rick martis
