Ugly Duckling is a consumer fraud rip-off. False promises. Van Nuys

My wife and myself bought a truck from these rip-off artists. We don't have the best credit, and had to resort to these "people".

6 months later, my wife needed a car, and I talked to the sales mgr, and we bought another car. The first car, we opted for the down payment refund, the 2nd, the visa card.

After 6 months, I called, and was told that they signed us up for the down payment refund, being that they no longer offered this program. This was a complete suprise to me, being that we sighed up for this, when it was offered.

The sales office said there is nothing that can be done, but get are down payment back, in 3 years.
This is a total joke.
