Is a ripoff scam

This repair shop is owned and operated by Paul. Paul has installed chips, thermostats a waterpump and said I can bring it back if I Have a problem. The over heats still.

I called to many times and only get his voicemail with no return calls. The new waterpump is bad, the shaft or bearing went in it. The car needs to be towed, or I'll blow a head gasket. What do I do? I went to his shop he's never there.,
