I am a former california employee! I i loved my job. What the co. Stood for only to find out the leaders of that co. At least lg portions, were thieves and liars dallas texas, cypress california

I worked for this company in California for three years. I really loved that job and what they were saying that their mission was but, when it came down to the principals and I mean a greater portion of them were found to be stealing from the company.

And I was one of the first to be laid off. & because they did not need me. Because I had caught the V.P. Of my dept.in the first of what finally resulted in the closing of the California office because they had nobody left they could trust to run the Cypress Operations.

I was quoted by that same V.P. To be an excellent employee eight weeks prior to me being called into personnel and asked if I had been taking my medication.

Which, was a joke I started about myself and Prozac at work. I was then told that they could no longer employ a ticking time bomb with so many outburst and the problems I had with my co-workers. WHAT.

You see I found that the V.P. I was working for as well as alot of the major Presidents and V.P. S were moving vehicles to auction after repo for the purpose of purchasing the vehicle way cheaper I mean way cheaper only for them to sell again.

For them to line their pockets and then they sue you for what the auction could only hahaha get for that vehicle.
And you pay the balance.

They had certain auctions that sold those special Drive buyers back those vehicle.
I tried to tell the people in Personnel & their hands were tied.
I was told it was a V.P. Vs Me. Well I should of sued them myself.

The CEO was involved as well and the Bank of Scotland. They hit the CA. Office less than two months after my allegations.
And when my ex co-workers returned from lunch they were told to clear out their desk and that was that..

So your vehicles at least some of them the nicer ones. Were basically written off on closed accts. And the auctions that they had people working with them in, sold them your cars for nothing or close to it. And then sued you for the full remaining balance..

I was really an employee that looked up to the mission statement and the beliefs they preached'Tom Brower'. I have found it hard to find a company as special to work for since then and I know many of my co-workers feel the same way.

Not all the employees were like that. And, I am really sorry that so many people have been affected by what I had considered the best employment experience I had ever had.

The Companies main players or at least the Loss Prevention Dept.in Dallas and Calif. Were involved as well as various founding partners and they are all gone, walked out or just told by the BankScotland here is your thousands of dollars for stealing from your own company.

Now sign this, you can be sued if you discuss what you think you know, what you know, or what you can prove. Well, the payments that YOU were paying for your cars got to the pockets of those people in a major way! I am not a pissed of ex=employee either.

I LOVED THAT JOB!!! And will forever be hurt by the choices those selfish, greedy individuals have causedso many customers as well as my ex-co-workers.

The Bank Of Scotland by the way was not involved nor knew of any of this.

They have the reputation they have because they are a company with integrity and honesty and I am sure embaressed by the fact they chose such a shady operation to invest in.

Then again. They were dealing with ex used car salesman.
Yes, the CEO and most of his partners sold used cars years ago before they started stealing money from people to finance.

I can personally attest to the two gentlemen that we as employees met and dealt with from that Bank they were honest, sincere and concerned.

That bank has been around for that long because they are, what they eat. And they have a job laid out for them.
I for one wish them the best.
