Could someone please help me with a name of a lawyer in texas preferably one that has had dealings with asapmotors. I've been treated badly for 4 months now and I'm finally over it. I know I;ll probably never see anything from them dealing with them personally. The last couple months have been like this, Lincoln navigator engine received, paid $1500 for swap, froze up imediatly, waited 2 weeks just for return authorize, took forever to inspect, said they were sending another one, waited, finally said they rebuilt the one I sent back, got it in and they replaced camshaft with old pitted shaft, never even smothed journals, used chain. It wouldn't run for 5 minutes if I put it in. Called one last time and trying to get anything back and got the line, faxing me a return auth. Form to me! Yea right. I, m sure I would get the same engine back and it's taken sooo long my extended warranty will expire. Please someone send me a name and number for a lawyer.
