Ripoff charging more than 50% apr and the law is 29% in GA

Drivetime is currently ripping me off. This company really sucks!!! I will like to advise any one who is reading this report to never buy a car from this company.

This company is currently over charging me for the cost of my car. How many people do you know is paying 15,163.11 for a car that cost 9,303.75? Well now you know one.

My car is being charge at 29.9% apr. The highest intrest that you are allowed to charge in ga is 29%. But how can a car go from 9,303.75 to 15,163.11 at 29.9% intrest rate.

9,303.75 X 29.9% = 2781.82
2781.82 9303.75 = 12,085.75

Where did they get 15,163.11. I have no idea. First i went to the drivetime on jonesboro rd in atlanta, ga to get an understanding on why i was paying so much on my car.

It is a 2000 plymouth neon, by the way and i bought it in 2003. The loan manager was coming up with the same number i was coming up with then he had to call someone else to help him because he knew i was right and he was wrong.

So he told me he couldn't help me and i will have to call the corporate office. So i decided to call dt credit corps financial services and no one would help me. They told me to request for my payment history. The agents were coming up with the same number i came up with.

I don't understand why i need my payment history when they came up with this number before i established a payment history.

I was young when i bought the car and in a rush so i had no idea they were ripping me off until someone brought it to my attention. My finance charge is 5,859.36. This is entirely too much money extra to be paying on a car that only cost 9,303.75. This is more than half of the price of the car.

They have already got me don't let them get you!!!
