A Big JOKE ripoff

After being with State Farm a number of years. I hit someone bumper. Even after she even admit she saw me coming out of my parking place at Sams Club.
She told me she tried to get around me as fast as she could. I looked back and she must have been in blind spot.
Now they have already made the claim and it is over 750. My agent told me I will lose my 15% discount of "good driving" and accident free. She told me this might even put me in a "high risk".

I can't believe they would take away my 15% good driving discount. And they raise my rates. And then she said " at least you didn't have to pay the 900.00." To pay for the damage to her car, that why you have insurance. No joke...

I think State Farm is a rip off. And they should be nicer to their long standing customers.
