Lousy paint job! Owner REFUSED to fix what was done wrong and didn't even look at it! Ripoff

Stay away from this place!

I have been trying since 4-15 to get this fixed without success.

I went in to pick up my car on Sat. 4-15 and noticed several defects in the prep and paint job done for $614.

I immediately identified the defects to the person working. He went out and looked, and agreed it was not right.

He then went to the Owner/Manager Angel Kershner and she never even went out and actually looked at it before saying that I got exactly what i paid for and she wasn't fixing anything. She then offered to fix 1 defect on the trunk lid based on what the other worker told her.

I refused to let her fix that 1 defect as it is not feasable to leave my car for 1 defect when there are many others, and be without transportation or have to rent a car again.

She rudely told me.." You can sit there and tell me about this all you want, but anything else you want done you will have to pay for. We are done talking".

I was amazed at this level of unprofessional, rude and arrogant behavior.

I disputed the charge on my credit card and now all of a sudden she wants to talk to me about it. It's funny how that works.

I already paid for a rental car for 5 days for a job that should have taken 3. So they had it long enough to do the job right the first time.

Now she wants to have me bring it back, but my issue is the loss of use of my transportation.

Why should I have to rent a car for another week so she can re do a job that they did not do right. If she would have done it right the first time, we would not be in this situation.

I paid for entire hand sanding and sealer/primer.

Every nick, scratch, chip, and peeling paint was simply painted over. There was no sanding or priming done to the entire vehicle. They did spots only.

They tried prying off my emblems so they would not have to mask them, and bent one emblem and put a gouge and a dent in the car while doing it.

I have primer sprayed on both door handles, the entire rear window seal and the trunk lock.

I have a 4" run in the hood, fish eyes all over as well as orange peel. According to Angel, this is all normal and unavoidable with urethane enamel paint.

I think not.

Stay far away from this outfit.
