Ripoff I paid for work that wasn't done and when complained, was told to F Off

I took my 99 Jeep Cherokee there when the clutch went out. The owner told me that my rear main seal was leaking, recommended fixing it or it would damage the new clutch I was putting in and told me he could go ahead and replace it while they were doing the clutch. Paid $645 for the service on 3/21/06.

On April 4th, noticed drops of oil in my driveway. Called the owner and he told me to bring it in. Said they might need to tighten a screw on the oil pan. While it was there, I had them replace the exhaust manifold with a new one and replace the ebrake. Picked up on April 7th. My husband pointed out after we got home that the stick (is manual tranny) cover was not on properly and upon further inspection, the whole console could be lifted up and moved. I took it back in for their mechanic Roy to fix on Friday, April 14. He told me he probably forgot to tighten a screw. Hmmm. Then when he pulled it out, I got in and the console was still loose. I told him it wasn't like that when I brought it in and although he wasn't happy about it, he removed the storage compartment of the console and discovered that he forgot to put in a screw.

Yesterday, April 23rd, I noticed a spot of oil in my driveway again. I got under the Jeep and there is oil sprayed all over under my Jeep and upon checking the oil, it is in the add zone. I call Republic's owner and he gets irrate with me on the phone when I tell him I am concerned. I make an appointment to bring it back in on Friday.

On Monday, April 24th, I take to Lithia Centennial Jeep dealer and pay $50 to have them inspect it. Sure enough, it is the rear main seal leaking. They also inform me, and put it in writing, that the oil pan must be removed to get to the manifold and it doesn't appear to have been removed "lately". I call Republic and the owner proceeds to yell at me for making false accusations and we agree for me to bring it in this afternoon. When I get there, he is waiting for me outside. He says "can I help you" and I reply that I am here regarding the oil leak we discussed earlier. He says "what leak" and proceeds to ask for a receipt, tells me to read the disclaimer and proceeds to tell me to leave, while grabbing his testicles and mouthing for me to F* Off. He smiled and continued to wave bye bye as I drove away. Needless to say, his warranty statement, which will never hold up in court, says he is not responsible for "suitability". Needless to say, I have paid this man a months worth of my wages to be told to F Off. I will see him in court.
