This place is such a ripoff.

I traded in my Mitsubishi Galant for a Audi A6 a month ago and they still haven't paid off my Mitsubishi. Since they didn't pay it off, Carmax still thinks I own the car and they have reported me to the collections because Bentley isn't doing their job. I called Bentley several times and their idiot of a finance guy, SAM EL SHAFEI, yelled at me and quickly transferred the phone call to another idiot - JAY EDWARDS who has nothing to do with my situation. These people are irresponsible and liars. THey lied about paying my car off and they still haven't. Now I'm in debt to a car that I don't even have because of them.

They treated me horribly from the beginning to the end. They sent me off with a car that they didn't want to detail before I left with it or fill with gas like they did for everyone else who bought an actual Bentley.

NEVER EVER do business with them.
