Ripoff

Bought an Explorer from them and they were going to have there people work on it. Months later still having problems took it to someone else that final found what the problem was and now Roberts Auto Sales doesn't want to pay for it.

Haven't even had the 2000 Explorer for 6 months. And trans is going out. Paying 10,000 for this thing. They said they would work with us and let us do a trade in. When we go up there to do the trade they ask for another 3,000 down. They have lost there mind. I already have one lemon from them don't want another. And they won't let us out of this contract. They even had us sign a paper stating we would not get a lawyer involve with any misunderstanding. That we can come to an agreement on things (yeah right).
