Chip Ellis Auto Sales - ripoff I am the bank, sold me illegal car and then repos it Mobile, pensacola, birmingham

I was in need of a newer used car that would not blow up on me and I found what looked like a great dealer in pensacola fl.

I picked out a 2004 altima sined my papers and drove home not knowing how badly I had just messed up.
The salesmen told me I would have a tag in 30 days or less. That never happened, 6 months and 6 temp tags later (fl. Says you can only get 2 legaly) I finally got my tag.

I went to the local tag office and filled a complaint. When the lady pulled up my cars info she asked me why I had 2 lean holders. Shocked I said I didn't know and asked who the 2nd was. Apparently the car lot never paid the the lien on the car from the previous owner how they sold it to me.

I dont know but when I learned this info I went back to the car lot, and confronted the manager, who gave me the run around and said it must be a typo. When I got loud he called the cops.

I then called the main office in alabama, who also gave me the run around. 3 weeks later I woke up got ready to go to work walked out side and WOW my car was gone - REPOED! And I was not behind on my payments!

The office in pensacola has been shut down and the jerks in alabama, say they have no info as to who I am. The sherrifs dept. Told me that chip ellis is the name given in the repo report with sterling finachal as the lean holder, but here's a good one. My lienholder still has me in their system as the car's owner and still send me monthly statments. I don't know what to do. Can any one help me?
