Bad Customer Service, Horrible repairs, Liars

I had my truck repaired at Three C after it was side swiped. This has been the worst experience ever!!! First they repaired/replaced my bed drivers side door front fender grill and hood. The cab of the truck leaks water now, and has air flowing though the top of the door. Very noisy ride, almost like the window is open. The hood doesnt shut right and rattles. My headlight drivers side also leaks water where they did not seal it. The paint is also peeling off every where they painted it, and the color does not match. I brought the truck back to them because their shop guarantees their work for life. YEAH RIGHT! They refuse to fix it.

They say the water leaks and the rattling are my problem because insurance companys dont pay them to repair those things! They charged their insurance an extra $700.00 in labor on top of the standard labor charges that other body shops charge!!! As far as the paint goes they told me it was the factory finish peeling underneath their paint even though the hood and fender were totally replaced not repaired. Also the truck is not peeling anywhere except the areas they painted. I was told to talk to the owner but they always told me he wasn't there. They also refused to give me a phone # to contact him. It has been almost a year since the repair now and still cant get the owner to call me back. Dont be fooled by their advertising gimmics because they are liars and frauds and their lifetime warranty does not exist!!!
