Limo Bob ripoff Scam failure to deliver or refund

I had just started a new company and purchased a limousine from Limo King Enterprises. The vehicle was supposed to take up to 10 weeks to build. This was in October of 05. He canceled our meeting to see the car, refused to send pics of the car being built, and refuses to refund our $60,000 that we paid up front for the build. We have been sent replacement vehicles that were not as described in adds placed by limo bob. The vehicle that we recieved as a replacement had to be towed from the pick up location, and was advertised on limobob.com as "brand new". After spending thousands on advertising of my own, i have no limousine to offer people who call. After requesting a refund, Bob's exact words to me were "sue me".
