Ripoff

I purchased a 2001 galant in and i have been paying for it for over four years now. I still owe 13000 on the car. I KNOW a lot of people who have been taken, this way. If that is not bad enough, they won, t even talk to me about it, or allow me to get a new car. I am going to go to all the newspapers, and the better buisness beaure. I would appreaciate those of you who could help.
