Save your credit ripoff

If you want to salvage your credit, do not try to purchase a used vehicle from McKinney Dodge. We wanted to purchase a Dodge Ram from them and they ran our credit report out to way too many banks which has now ruined our chance of getting any vehicle at any other car lot. We were told to take the vehicle home and keep it until they heard something from the bank they were working with when all along they were telling us everything looked good with the bank, but were running it through to every bank they deal with. Every day they would tell us "oh everything looks good they are just verifying some info." We had the truck for almost a week and a half and nothing was done, but lowering our credit score even more. I appreciate that they were trying to get us approved, but they should know that the credit companies give you nine free inquiries, but start penalizing you after that and it was WELL OVER nine. I would have rather them just say NO we couldn't approve you. Just giving a heads up of our ordeal and what it has cost us in the long run.
