Refuse to refund deposit. Deny that ever charged my credic card RIPOFF

Contacted Bluestar Auto Movers on 01/19 to have my automobile shipped from Illinois to Virginia. A company reperesenatative Mr. Aron gave me quote in the amount of $650 and requested deposit in the amount of $200, which I paid with credit card over the phone.
Bluestar send me a contract with fax, which I need to sign and fax them back. I declined it upon having it read and and informed the company representetive over the phone the I declined their service and asked my deposit of $200 to be refunded.
They promised to refund but never refunded.
On 01/30 I filed unauthorized charge complaint with my credit card company, Chase Master Card.
