The company has been declared INSOLVENT and no claims will be paid

I was notified during January that the company was declared insolvant; none of my claims will be paid. I urge everywhere not to buy insurance from an internet company.

Apparently, this company did not register as an insurance company and, therefore, its claims will go unpaid. Whether or not refunds will be issued is a matter for the Hawaii Insurance Commissioner to decide based upon 1source's assets.
