Happy New Year All! Hope everyone has a happy and successful 2006! My New Year's Resolution is to make those BAST*S at BERMANS pay for what they have done to me and so many other customers.

Purchased my car in November. A week before Thanksgiving! Believe me, I had plenty to be thankful for ah, let's see.

1) Faulty Windsheild Wiper Blades
2) One bad headlight
3) Bald tires
4) Service Engine Light (thats my fav!)

Ok people, this was all before Thanksgiving! I take my car to Irv and he calls some guy and ask him if he had time to change my headlight. This guy says no but she can come back after the holiday! Yeah right, for a headlight? I was not very happy so he called another guy (later discovered to be a janitor) and he fixed it. That's so sad.

My car broke down on Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. BLVD!!! Residents of Baltimore know exactly how I felt @ that moment! I got new tires, a new battery, an absorber (?) a fuel injection system and front breaks. I currently need (4) new struts and rear brakes. This car is costing me a small fortune.

My neighbors and friends of Baltimore (and beyond)..

I challenge you all to think long and hard before you purchase a car. No matter how much money you have or how sweet the deal may seem, just think about it. Please. And NEVER, EVER, EVER, in a ZILLION years purchase a car from BERMANS AUTOMOTIVE! Their cars are junk! 200% Grade A, pure JUNK!

I'm so serious, if you or someone you know is affiliated with BERMAN'S AUTOMOTIVE in any way, remember my resolution and know that this will be the very first one I see through. The way you are executing your business is ridiculous and the consumers need to know! Enjoy the commission, WHILE IT LAST! Update your resume' You're going down!
