Headache ripoff dishonest they prey on the low and middle class incomes

Due to having a couple of strikes on my credit report back in we purchased a 2000 mini van through household auto (hsbc). My income has been up and down the past couple years and had fallen behind on payments. At this time i am current with payments but was served papers for repossesion. This company has giving us nothing but greif with phone calls 7 days a week (5-6) times a day and i have already givin them over 14,000 dollars for a 10,000 dollor loan, i still have 2 years left on the note. I pay 350.00 a month at 19.5% interest... If i only knew back then i would have ran from dealership... Their customer service is awful... Please anyone out there. Don't take anything from HSBC. It will only cause hardship in your life... They also mess up the billing, and you can't believe anything they tell you on the phone, i'll update this after my court date
