Don't give any money for anything at Lou Sobh. They gave my daughter a used car to drive while they completed the paperwork or obtained financing. The financing was never completed. She gave them a hold check for $500. They allowed her to continue to drive the car. I paid them $500 for a down payment too. I asked the salesman who took my money would I get my money back if the deal didn't go through. He said 'yes.' About a week later I purchased a car for her elsewhere. We returned the car to Lou Sobh who have refused to return my $500 stating that my daughter had to pay 'rental car' fees and 'she had the car too long. No contract, no deal, right? Isn't it like theft by taking or conversion. Apparently this happens pretty regularly. I am hopping mad because I specifically asked if I would get my money back and was told yes. Liars. Lou Sobh never tried to get their car back during the 30 days my daughter had the car... They have no excuse since my daughter was repeatedly told to keep it and they would obtain financing and call her to come in and sign.
