Ripoff, will give you the runaround, is very rude, and I think this company is a HUGE scam!

I purchased a seat from this company a month ago. The person who processed my order was John Bardino, the owner. He said that he had the exact seat that I wanted.

Days later, I called to follow up on the order and was told that he was still looking for the seat.in the mean time, he had already charged my credit card.

A week later, I found the seat elsewhere so I asked for a refund. He said that he would grant it and hung up immediately. That was the last I would hear from him.

After weeks of leaving numerous messages to him as well as the customer service and booking department, I've had enough. The only way I was able to reach anybody was through the sales department. But even the person there kept hanging up on me or forwarding me to a voice mail.

I've recieved extremely rude service from the same person. I've decided this is enough. I called my credit card company today to get some help. They're sending me a dispute form. Hopefully I'll get this worked out through them.

If anybody out there is looking to purchase from them, please don't! Even if they claim that they are the only ones who has your part.
