Ripoff, sold me a piece of junk

On 8-04 i went to dan nelson thinking i wasn't even able to buy a car. Well the salseman (Dave bell) was his name oh your credit is fine and after a year of payments on time your credit will be even better. So i picked 96 chrysler Lhs, he says the payments will be 360.00 dollars a month cause it has a brand new transmission and engine, i said price is to high, he goes in and talks to his boss and he lowers it to 320.00 dollars a month, it was sold. Then i had the car for a month, the check engine light comes on, called them and they sent tow truck to pick it up, they called me the next day to inform me the engine went out they had to re-place it. That took 2 weeks to fix and no rental why i waited. When i went and picked the car up i noticed it was only staying in one gear wouldn't shift so they came the next day towed it and informed me they were going to have to re-place the transmission iwas furious then. I spoke with the manager to see if they would lower the price and payments because i was lied to about the car he told me he would not, mind you the car is in there possesion now, i told them i don't want the car cause i was lied to so keep it. Then come to find out even though they had the car since 10-04, they said they repoed it 3-05, when the car was in there possesion to begin with it was involuntary repoed, i don't think so i want this of of my credit report now, i can't get another loan to buy car cause of this. They are frauds, crooks, they prey on poor credit people wouldn't recommend even for my worst enemy to go there
