Ripoff, thieves, stalling, dishonest, lieing

I was involved in an auto accident caused by a person with Progressive insurance. Its been a year and I have not recieved a penny even though I lost everything in the world that I owned in that accident.

I have been forced to live on the street because of this company. They have used every stalling tactic in the book. Passing me around to different people, not returning calls, refusing to look at damaged goods, stealing me car not paying for it and destroying evidence in the process. Such a pain in the ass that my attorney on the case quit.

Lieing through their teeth. I.E. I get the mantra that there is no more money left to pay out claims though misteriously the offer (10% of the amount of the damages) is the same as early in the case when there should have been plenty of money left to pay the claim. These people are out and out criminals that happen to wear suits and think that this makes them respectable.

Do not do busines with this company. IMHO they are evil personified.
