Transmission repair ripoff

I took my car in to this location because my transmission was slipping. After they said that the work was complete, I went to pick up my car and the engine was making a very loud knock; that itwas not making before I took my car in to them.

They said they would have someone check it out at their expense, which they did. Come to find out, a rod is going bad in the motor. I believe this was caused by them over-revving the engine.

As a final wonderful cap to the whole story, my transmission is still slipping which is what I originally took the car in for. I now have to purchase a new vehicle as this one is undrivable in it's current condition. Just thought everyone should know.
