Shoddy workmanship within 6 months looks like crapp RIPOFF Shreveport

I should have known something was up when I realized this company does not have a physical address.

I "googled" auto body paint/etc. For the Shreveport area and got a hit for this website. I called, it seemed reasonable (pricing) and they came to me. The workers were very unprofessional but I figured, hey, it doesn't take a brain surgeon to get this done. Comparitively speaking, it was very quick work (aside from the workers sitting in my car, listening to my satellite radio). I am a physician, so I was very well pleased with the results and the time frame.

Six months later, there is a lot of chipping. The bumper was slightly dinged, and that was repaired easily enough, but the paint is chipping away. When it rains, it is so much worse. I have called the numbers on their website and received no human voice, and no callback for the messages that I left.

I am not bitter, I am not vindictive, and I was pleased with the initial outcome, time element, and price, but any price is too much for a job that won't last. All I want is my paint redone on this one little spot. I suppose it is vanity, but I paid for it.
