Bad Auto Dealer, Bad Service Do not buy a used car from them in La mesa

Bad owner, Dealership over all, bad services
This was my first time buying a car and it was a bad experience.

Owner/dealer rude have not return my calls for the past 4 months from the time I bought a used car from him. He agrees he will pay for the charge of the (part) stud wheel replace ment due to it crack and he refuse to pay. And the spare tire from the car that he sold me to was not the right one and get agree to replace it which he refuse to replace.

Before I bought the used Hyundai 2001 Elantra I brought to his attention that the two front head light inside has water and he said it will dried. Apparently did not because there was a crack on the headlight that water got in. My brothers and I had to remove the head light parts and drain the water out on both front sides. On top of the I paid for the light bulb because the low beams lights were busted.

Finally after waiting for my registration slip for the past 4 months with out no apologizes he refuse ever thing he agree to and wants me to pay him extra money for the registration slip which I have paid for all ready when I bought the cars. The owner was rude and had me ever disappointed. I got yelled and shout outside the parking / side walk in front of his other employees told him that he is a bad dealer and bad services. I was rip-off and fool.

It was a bad experience buying a car. Everyone in San Diego do not buy a car from the Auto Finance Group 7474 University Ave, La Mesa, CA 91941. They are the worst services on auto Dealer, I highly do not recommend that place, they are not good with service every unprofessional l. I regret buying a car from them.
