Ripoff, liars, fraudulent billing

I purchased a scooter online from Scooter Selections as a for a raffle of our local club. I ordered it 1 month ahead of time which they said would be no problem. Needless to say never recieved it in the 1 month time. After calling and emailing for 3 days I got a response.

I told them that I needed to cancel the order because i had to buy somewhere else to have the bike for the raffle. They said no problem and would credit my credit card back.

Now its been almost a month and no credit yet on my card. I again tried calling and emailing yet with no response. When you call it does the normal thing, ie press 1 for Sales, 2 for CS, etc after trying all ways it just says hold and I will transfer, then after a minute it just beeps, which I think is a recording.

Do not purchase anything from this company! They have the worst business practices and customer service I have ever seen.
