Illegal Mafia Style Collection Practices RIPOFF Pittsburgh

I have (like others) been victimized by United Auto Credit Corp. My payment fell 1 1/2 weeks behind due to an unforeseen fincancial difficulty. They (of course) started to call one day past due. This is actually per their company policy (which can be found at http://www.upfc.com/UPFC_Investors_Presentation. Pdf. They threatened to "Send an agent out to deal with me" if "I didn't pay by the end of the day".

I was told to "Go hide in my closet", that "I am not a man, I am a deadbeat loser". They repeatedly called my at work when I advised them that such contact was not permitted. They verbally abused my wife and children. They have also abused the receptionist here at my company.

I'm planning on making my payment tommorrow and them seeing what I can do, because while the FDCPA does not apply to them (they are not third party collectors), PA has a state law that does apply. Some other states do not.
