Com Ripoff Ebay Scam Artists Sent me defective part, wouldn't exchange

This company sells automotive parts on ebay. I ordered a part and when I received it was defective, so I shipped it back. A few weeks go by and no package, and no emails. I contacted them and they said the part was fine and if I wanted it back I would have to pay $22 for shipping. I would of never sent it back if the part was usable.

I started researching them a bit and I noticed they have 80 negative feedbacks a month if not more on ebay. I also checked BBB and they have an F with them. This needs to be stoped, so everyone stay away from this company. They were arrogant and extremly uncooperative with me.
