Ripoff

I too have been ripped off by these scum bags! I have been paying on my 1999 Plymouth Breeze for 5 years. I have been late on some of my payments because My son was almost killed in a horrific Crime. I was left responsible for almost 11,000. Dollars in Hospital bills.

Anyway I worked out a payment plan with one of the many operators that they have. I made two consecutive payments for the month of June to try and catch up.in July I was to make another payment on the 15th. Well on July 14th, they came to my house and repossessed the vehicle. I was so mad. I had two payments left until it was payed off!!! I immediatley called and was told to talk to Amanda. I spoke to her and she said there was nothing they could do! I needed to pay the two payments and then the repo fee of 450. Dollars. She told me that one of my payments was returned. My bank said that it was indeed payed. Amanda said she could open an investigation but by the time they got results the car would be sold... REALLY SUCKS...

They got my car and I got a free Repossetion charge on my credit report. NICE PEOPLE! I would love info on the class action law suit...
