The company reposesed my BMW with no legal means

I put down 5500.00 on a BMW. Was paying my payments before due date. The owner instructed a tow co. To repo my car. I called her to find out what was wrong she simpley said my insurance was not up to date. Thats nonsence I keep all records of payments on all my bills. I have a mere 8 Months to finish paying my car. So as far as I"m concern she stole my car for additional profit. Thats a repoff to me. I assumed an attorny to file criminal charges and fraudulant deception.
