Against the Privacy act RIPOFF

I bought my car in June. Two days after I bought my car I was back because my car had overheated. They supposedly fixed it but then it continued to overheat until it blew up my engine and I had to have the engine replaced.

Here just recently I have been late on my payment a couple of times. They call me on the day that it is due to tell me that it is due. Then when I don't answer the phone they start calling ALL of my references. They call ALL of us at least three to four times a day until they receive my payment. Thay have threatened I don't know how many times that they were going to take my car back. Sometimes when I am one day late they do that. I have not been answering the phone because I am so sick of them being rude to me like they always are.

Well they somehow got my neighbors number who I do not even know and called her. While they were on the phone with her they told her that I was late on my car payment, they also told her what kind of car I drive, where I worked, and what I would be wearing to work that day.

That is outrageous!!!

First of all I don't even know the lady and it is none of her business that I owe them money or where I work and all of the other info they gave her. I think that is against the Privacy act. They also call my place of employment to bug me all the time.

I also looked up the value of my car in the Kelly Blue Book and it is worth about $1500.00 right now. I still owe like $4500.00 on it. And I paid about $10,000.00 for it. That's crazy!!! I tell everyone not to buy a car through them. They are the rudest people I have ever dealt with. Do not buy a car through jd byrider!
