Auto Credit - Phoenix Financial Ripoff! They sent me a letter giving me until the 9th to bring my account current yet they ended up repoing my car on the 8th. 1 day early!

I put a large amount of money down on a car though my first payment was late, phoenix gave me until the 9th of this month to bring my account current they even sent me a letter I was charged an additional 30 bucks.

Due to a seperate arraingment made by myself and the car lot where i purchased the vehicle, the car got repoed a day early (on the 8th) I was in the car when this all took place. I got upset and ran into my house to call the carlot because we had a prior arraingement. They told me to contact Phoenix (eventhough the repo was put into effect by the car lot)

So i did what they asked (not thinking that i left the keys in the car and 20 minutes prior to all this my boss had just put an envelope containing 7000.00 underneath the driverseat of the car for me to use to pay the car off in full) both the keys and 7000.00 in cash are missing.

Now I am carless and 9100.00 in debt. But the lady I spoke with was rude nasty and she sickend me. Here I am a single mother of 2 small children fighting her ex in court for her babies and crying my eyes out wondering what happend and all I get from her was a rude person. She wouldn't even work with me. She said that the people they go through were not in the office so she couldn't tell me anything.

But when I called her back the 4th time I was told be her assistant or whom ever the woman was that "if I call back again I wasn't going to get my car back" When I questioned her about this 2 days later she denied it and hung up the phone on me. I was also refused my property until I produced the keys to the car. I don't have the keys.

I was suppose to pay the car off in full by the 18th on the 18th I had the money loaned to me once again but this time by my dad I went down to phoenix but they were closed I was given a 10 day notice, yes, but i really only had 6 days.

I am, taking legal action for this I have a very stong case if you would like to talk in person with me you may contact me at the number listed above. My lawyer and myself have found so many errors its crazy. I'm not only taking this into court but i have also filed a complaint with the B.B. B the Office of the attorney general consumer protection division.

I will contact the sherrifs office today and report the car stolen I tried doing that last weekend but since it was Friday the deputy told me that I have to wait till monday for them to get and investigation started. I wont stop until i am happy. If that means writing a letter to congress and having to wait 10 years for a response.

This woman is not a professional and that car was not only a big investment when I had nothing but it was suppose to help me get my children back because my ex lives over 60 miles form me.
