Ripoff, scammers, gangsters, I'm surprised they're still ripping people off

While I read the many complains in this page, my hopes of getting my money back were slowly fading. I'm now convinced that this is a well prepared scam, operating only to see how many people they can get and then shut their business, maybe to re-open w/another name. As oneof you said; they are ahead of us. These are really gangsters and I am very surprised that the NYPD has not shut their doors.

We ordered parts on 12/12/04 and they were quick to debit my acct. $100.72. What followed was automated messages from them saying their supplier was "behind". Only phone # came in my bank statement. We called and got busy signal. They cancelled order in March and promised to send refund in 30 days, appologized and offered 20% discount on our next order... Yeah, right!

On 5/5/05 I copied and pasted all their emails and sent them to all of their departments. Their response? One of the dpts. Sent the generic message to wait for refund, another "dpt" emailed me saying they had "changed credit processors and were no longer responsible - that I should contact my credit card.

Their physical address and more phone numbers are posted in the BBB site w/numerous complaints. I have filed a report everywhere I've had the chance and plan to contact the NYPD also.

After reading all this I can't understand why they are still open. As we speak, they must be getting hundreds of orders and $ from everyone that like us, were too naive and fell as easy prey.

They never have the intention to deliver, they just "buy time" by sending the 30 days responses. I m sure there's a HUGE organized scam behind this website. Please someone HELP!!! They belong in JAIL!!!
