I have a very similar report as Richard from Gilbert, Arizona does, except delete BMW and insert Saturn VUE. Oh and the person they 'gave' my vehicle to now has a warrant for his arrest and has fled from AZ to Grand Rapids Michigan. I have basically been told to take a hike (watered down for the kids). So I am to make payments totally 16,800 to GMAC on a car that I am unsure of it's whereabouts. Please, anyone else who is a victim, file your own complaint. I'm going to see a lawyer, thru consumer complaints we will be in contact.
